Fertiggerichte, wobei Gem\u00fcse, Obst, Fisch, etc. nicht dazuz\u00e4hlen. Die Einnahme von Fertiggerichten f\u00fchrt jedoch zur Schlappheit, welche einen in einen weiteren Trott verfallen l\u00e4sst. Dieser Trott wird meist als Teufelskreis beschrieben, welcher durch eine Ver\u00e4nderung des Energiehaushaltes ge\u00e4ndert werden kann. Daher kam in unserer Recherche die Frage auf: Geht das auch anders? Kann man sich mit wenig Geld gesund ern\u00e4hren? Daf\u00fcr haben wir mit der Ern\u00e4hrungsberaterin Christiane Kirschning-Gornik gesprochen.
